Original songs should also include an audio file—music, vocals, or both—for accurate judging. Entries will be judged on musicality, creativity, presentation, and song choice, using a provided rubric. Unless noted otherwise, submissions are due via the provided link by Friday, September 25. Finalists will be notified by Friday, October 2. Please note, for music groups, one submission is adequate. Solo Instrumental Group Instrumental Solo Vocalist Group Vocals Original Song Literary Arts (6th-12th grade) Students must submit a short, fictional story, essay, or poem based on Christian principles. Themes may include the fruit of the Spirit, soul winning, holiness, Christ-centered living, or a Biblical narrative. Entries will be judged on grammar, clarity, conciseness, creativity, storyline, and word count, using a provided rubric. Unless stated otherwise, submissions are due via video by Friday, September 25. Finalists will be notified by Friday, October 2. Poem Short Story Essay Bible Study Oratory Arts (6th-12th grade) Each student must submit an original, 3–5 minute dramatic monologue that is character-building and appropriate. Up to five students will be selected to compete. Extemporaneous Speaking topics will be given at the event. Students will have 10 minutes to prepare. No early submission required. Prepared Speeches must be 3–5 minutes and focus on a Biblical or Patriotic theme. Business Proposals are open to 11th and 12th grade students only. Unless otherwise noted, all entries must be submitted via the provided link by Friday, September 25. Finalists will be notified by Friday, October 2. Dramatic Monologue Extemporaneous Speaking Prepared Speech Business Proposal Debate Team Visual Arts (6th-12th grade) Each student participating in Videography must submit a video they personally filmed, edited, and rendered. Projects will be graded on transitions, sound quality, message, and originality. The theme should be wholesome or spiritual and may include personal experiences, documentaries, or causes. Each Graphic Art entry must be digital and communicate a scripture, positive character trait, or patriotic message. Student names should not appear on the design. Each Photography submission must be a wholesome photo taken by the student, without the student in the picture, and at least 8x10 inches in size. Each 2D Art piece must be created on paper or canvas using any medium. The theme must be wholesome, and the student’s name should be signed on the back only. Each 3D Art submission must be a non-flat creation such as a model, sculpture, or diorama, made with any materials. The theme must be wholesome, and names should not be visible on the artwork. Unless otherwise noted, all projects must be submitted by video or photo via the provided link by Friday, October 2. Videography Photography Graphic Design 2D Art 3D Art Domestic Arts (6th-12th grade) Each Cooking participant must prepare and present a dish of their choice, submitting the recipe and ingredient list along with the dish in person. Each Sewing entry should showcase original work demonstrating skill and knowledge and must be submitted in person. Each Gardening participant must submit a plant they have grown or cultivated, documented with photos or a journal, and delivered in person. Each Floral Design entry should be a fresh or artificial arrangement created by the participant and submitted in person. Unless otherwise noted, all projects prepared the day of the conference. Cooking Sewing Gardening Floral Design Exhibit Projects (6th-12th grade) Students participating in the upcoming showcase will set up their projects on Wednesday, October 8 at 1:00 PM in the designated area. This includes work related to business planning, historical topics, scientific investigations, and other approved formats. Each project should feature a clear visual display, such as a tri-fold board, poster, or organized tabletop arrangement. Tables will be provided, and students are expected to stay within their assigned space. Any models, props, or handouts should be neatly presented and secured.
